TOA is now offering software developers a new tool for the N-8000 Intercom in the form of an SDK (Software Development Kit). With the SDK, a software developer will be able to create and/or interface the N-8000 platform into existing or newly developed software. This is especially helpful for those who would like to incorporate the N-8000 into a 3rd party integration platform. Also supplied with the SDK will be an SDK application example, user manual and the N-8000 control protocols. Please contact TOA Support to obtain the SDK and support files by clicking here.

The Ability to synchronize to an NTP Time Server is now possible with the latest N-8000 Programming software ver. 4.1.0 and N-8000AF firmware ver. 4.10. This feature will keep a schools bell schedule on time year after year without ever drifting.
NTP stands for Network Time Protocol, and it is an Internet protocol used to synchronize the clocks of computers to a time reference.
For this to work requires that the N-8000AF can reach the NTP Server on the Internet. There will different ways of doing this but it is important to note the N-8000 system does require static IP addressing.
TOA will be exhibiting its newest products at the following tradeshow events:
